Polyoxymethylenel resin pellets/POM
POM plastic granules, also known as polyoxymethylene (POM) granules, are a highly crystalline thermoplastic engineering material. Owing to their excellent rigidity, wear resistance, and fatigue strength, POM is often referred to as “engineering steel” or “super steel.”
Key characteristics and application areas are as follows:
Core properties: High hardness, impact resistance, excellent dimensional stability, and self-lubricating performance. It is resistant to organic solvents and can operate over a wide temperature range (typically from -40°C to 100°C).
Main applications: Commonly used for manufacturing precision mechanical components such as gears, bearings, valves, zipper sliders, automotive interior parts, and electronic or electrical fittings. It can replace certain metal materials to reduce costs.
