Polyethylene plastic granules/PE
PE plastic granules, also known as polyethylene (PE) plastic granules, are granular raw materials made from polyethylene resin through processes such as melting, extrusion, and pelletizing. They are one of the fundamental raw materials in the plastic processing industry.
Key characteristics and classifications are as follows:
Key characteristics:
Excellent chemical stability, good low-temperature resistance, resistance to most acids and alkalis, excellent electrical insulation, relatively low cost, and good processing performance.Main classifications:
LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) granules: Soft texture, good transparency; commonly used for producing films (such as food cling film and shopping bags) and soft tubes.
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) granules: Higher hardness and strength, better heat resistance; widely used for manufacturing plastic bottles (such as mineral water bottles), pipes, and turnover boxes.
3.LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) granules: Combines flexibility and strength; mainly used for agricultural films, stretch films, and cable insulation layers.
